- Failed top-up transactions due to technical errors
- Duplicate charges for the same transaction
- Service unavailability issues
- Incorrect denomination processing

- Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days
- Refunds are credited to your TopupFI account balance
- Original payment method refunds available upon request
- Automatic refunds for failed transactions
