  • Duplicate charges for the same transaction
  • Service unavailability issues
  • Incorrect denomination processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to your TopupFI account balance
  • Original payment method refunds available upon request
  • Automatic refunds for failed transactions
