1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the TopupFI mobile application ("App") or web platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TopupFI. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2. Description of Service
TopupFI is an online platform that provides Gaming top-up and recharge services exclusively:
2.1 Balance Management Services
- Secure account balance for storing funds (prepayment for services only)
- Deposit money through authorized payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer)
- Real-time transaction history and receipts
- Automatic balance tracking after each transaction
- Refund processing for failed transactions
2.2 Gaming and Online Content
- Gaming credits and virtual currency (PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, Mobile Legends, etc.)
- Game top-up services for popular mobile games
- Virtual items and prepaid credits
- Processing times: 1-24 hours depending on provider
2.3 Virtual Currency and Rewards
- In-app coins system for earning and redeeming rewards
- Coins can be earned through: daily login bonuses, completing tasks, watching rewarded video ads
- Coins can be used for: discounts on services, special offers, promotional items
- Coins have NO cash value and CANNOT be exchanged for real currency
- Coins do NOT expire unless account is terminated
- We reserve the right to adjust coin values and earning mechanisms
2.4 Advertising and Monetization
- App contains advertisements served by Google AdMob
- Ad types include: banner ads, interstitial ads, native ads, and rewarded video ads
- Rewarded ads offer optional coins in exchange for watching video advertisements
- Ads may be personalized based on user activity and preferences
- Users can opt-out of personalized ads through device settings
2.6 Important Service Limitations
- We do NOT provide peer-to-peer money transfer services
- We do NOT facilitate money transfers between users
- We do NOT provide cash withdrawal or ATM services
- We do NOT provide general banking or financial institution services
- All services are limited to top-up, recharge, and content-related services only
- We act as an intermediary platform connecting users with authorized service providers
This app is designed specifically for top-up and recharge services, not for general financial transactions or money transfers.
3. User Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 User Eligibility
- Recommended for users 18 years and older
- Users under 18 may use the app with parental or guardian consent and supervision
- Users under 13 require verifiable parental consent (COPPA compliance)
- Parents or guardians are fully responsible for minors' usage and activities
- You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh or authorized to use our services
- You must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information
- You must not be prohibited from using online services under applicable law
3.2 Account Registration Process
- Provide valid email address for Firebase Authentication OR use Google Sign-In
- Create a unique username and secure password (if using email/password authentication)
- Verify your email address before full account activation
- Complete profile setup with accurate personal information
- Optionally upload a profile picture/avatar
- Accept FCM token collection for push notifications (optional but recommended)
- Consent to terms of service and privacy policy
3.3 Account Security Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use strong passwords and enable available security features
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches
- Monitor your account activity regularly
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Keep your contact information up to date
3.4 Account Security and Compliance
- We do NOT collect government-issued ID or identity verification documents for standard services
- Identity verification may be required for high-value transactions or fraud prevention
- For users under 18, parental supervision is required
- For users under 13, verifiable parental consent is mandatory
- We implement age-appropriate features and COPPA-compliant protections for children
- We actively monitor for suspicious activity and abuse
- Providing false information, especially age misrepresentation, may result in immediate account suspension
4. Account Balance Terms and Limitations
4.1 Account Balance Functionality and Purpose
- Your account balance is NOT a bank account or financial institution service
- Funds are held for the exclusive purpose of purchasing TopupFI services
- Account balance represents prepaid credit for our services only
- Funds cannot be used for any purpose other than TopupFI transactions
- No interest is earned on account balances
4.2 Adding Funds to Account
Supported payment methods:
- bKash: Instant processing with possible fees
- Nagad: Instant processing with possible fees
- Rocket: Instant processing with possible fees
- Other authorized methods: As made available
We do NOT collect or store bank account details or banking transaction history. All payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.
4.3 Account Balance Usage Restrictions
- Funds can ONLY be used for TopupFI services (top-ups, recharges, online content)
- Funds CANNOT be transferred to other users
- Funds CANNOT be withdrawn as cash
- Funds CANNOT be used for general payments outside our platform
- Transactions require sufficient balance before processing
- Failed transactions are automatically refunded to your account
4.4 Virtual Coins System
- Coins are separate from wallet balance and have NO cash value
- Coins can be earned by: daily login, completing tasks, watching rewarded ads, referrals
- Coins can be used for: discounts, special offers, and promotional rewards
- Coins CANNOT be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash
- Coins CANNOT be combined with certain promotions or offers
- We reserve the right to adjust coin earning rates and redemption values
- Abuse of coin-earning features (e.g., ad fraud) results in account termination
- Coins are forfeited upon account closure or termination
4.5 Account Balance and Limits
- No minimum balance required to maintain account
- Maximum balance limits may apply based on verification level
- Daily transaction limits may apply for security purposes
- Account funds do not expire but inactive accounts may be subject to closure
- We reserve the right to implement additional limits for security
5. Order Processing and Service Delivery
5.1 Order Placement and Confirmation
- Orders are processed based on product availability and service provider capacity
- All order details must be accurate before submission
- Orders cannot be modified after confirmation and payment
- You will receive confirmation via app notification, SMS, or email
- Transaction history is maintained in your account
5.2 Processing Times by Service Type
- Mobile top-ups: Usually instant, maximum 5 minutes
- Gaming credits: 1-24 hours depending on provider
- Virtual content: Up to 24 hours
- International services: Up to 48 hours
- Bill payments: 1-3 business days
5.3 Service Delivery and Completion
- Electronic receipts are automatically generated and stored
- You will receive delivery confirmation for all services
- Contact support immediately if services are not received within stated timeframes
- We maintain records of all completed transactions for your reference
5.4 Failed Orders and Refund Process
- Failed orders are automatically refunded to your account within 5-10 minutes
- Partial failures result in partial refunds
- System errors causing delays will be communicated promptly
- Duplicate transactions are eligible for automatic refunds
- Manual refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days
6. Fees, Charges, and Pricing

- Fees are deducted from your account balance or added to payment amount

- Currency conversion fees may apply for international services
- Payment processing fees are separate from TopupFI service fees
- All fees are disclosed before transaction completion
6.3 Pricing and Rate Changes
- Service prices are determined by providers and may change without notice
- Promotional pricing and discounts may be offered temporarily
- Coupon codes and discounts are applied during checkout when available
- Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed
7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Disputes
7.1 Refund Eligibility Criteria
- Virtual items are generally non-refundable once successfully delivered
- Refunds are provided for confirmed service provider failures
- Duplicate transactions are eligible for automatic refunds
- Technical errors resulting in failed delivery qualify for refunds
- Billing errors are promptly corrected and refunded
7.2 Refund Process and Timeline
- Submit refund requests through in-app customer support
- Provide transaction ID and detailed reason for refund request
- Refunds are processed to original account or payment method
- Processing time: 3-5 business days for most refunds
- Automatic refunds for failed transactions: 5-10 minutes
7.3 Non-Refundable Situations
- Successfully completed mobile top-ups that reached the recipient
- Virtual codes that have been redeemed or used
- Services fully delivered as described
- Transactions older than 90 days (unless required by law)
- User error in providing incorrect account details (case-by-case basis)
7.4 Dispute Resolution
- Contact customer support first for all disputes
- We will investigate all legitimate complaints
- Documentation may be required to support your claim
- Escalation procedures are available for unresolved issues
8. Prohibited Uses and User Conduct
8.1 Illegal Activities and Fraud
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal financial activities
- Fraud, identity theft, impersonation, or providing false information
- Violating any local, national, or international laws
- Tax evasion or other financial crimes
- Using stolen payment methods or unauthorized accounts
8.2 Platform Abuse and Security Violations
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations or policies
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access our services
- Attempting to hack, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfering with other users' access to services or app functionality
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
8.3 Commercial Misuse and Unauthorized Usage
- Reselling services without explicit authorization from TopupFI
- Using services for commercial purposes without a business agreement
- Price manipulation, arbitrage, or unfair market practices
- Violating service provider terms or engaging in prohibited activities
8.4 Advertising and Rewards Abuse
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to watch rewarded ads
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit ad rewards or coin systems
- Manipulating ad impressions or clicks (ad fraud)
- Attempting to bypass ad viewing requirements
- Interfering with ad delivery or tracking mechanisms
- Providing false information to earn coins or rewards fraudulently
8.5 Expressly Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to use the app for general money transfers between users
- Providing false personal information, especially age misrepresentation
- Using the app for unauthorized gambling or illegal activities
- Using the platform for any purpose other than authorized top-up and recharge services
- Engaging in any activity that violates Google Play Store or Apple App Store policies
- Circumventing parental controls or age restrictions
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential legal action.
9. Privacy, Data Protection, and Analytics
9.1 Data Collection and Processing
Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of your personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using TopupFI, you consent to:
- Collection and processing of basic personal data for service delivery
- Google Sign-In authentication (name, email, profile picture when using this method)
- Firebase Analytics tracking for app improvement
- Crashlytics error reporting for app stability
- Google AdMob advertising and Advertising ID collection
- Device information collection for security and ad personalization
- FCM token collection for push notifications (when permitted)
- Image uploads to third-party service (ImgBB) for avatars and task screenshots
- Enhanced privacy protections for users under 18, with COPPA compliance for children under 13
IMPORTANT: We do NOT collect:
- Government IDs or identity verification documents
- Bank account details or bank transaction history
- Financial records beyond what's required for our services
9.2 Data Sharing and Third Parties
We share limited information only with authorized partners:
- Firebase/Google Cloud: For data storage, analytics, authentication, and cloud messaging
- Google AdMob: For ad serving, personalization, and monetization (Advertising ID, device info, usage data)
- Google Sign-In: For authentication services (when used)
- ImgBB: For image hosting (user-uploaded content only)
- Payment processors: For payment processing (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
- Mobile operators: For top-up services (service-specific data only)
- Legal authorities: When required by law
9.3 Data Security and International Transfers

- Data is processed in Bangladesh, Singapore (Firebase), and United States (some Google services)
- All transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards
- You have rights to access, correct, and delete your personal data
10. Service Availability and Modifications

- Services are provided on an "as available" basis
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
10.2 Service Modifications and Updates
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time
- App updates may be required for continued access
- New features may be added or removed at our discretion

- Services are primarily designed for users in Bangladesh
- International services may have different terms and limitations

- Internet connectivity is required for all services
11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

- We do not guarantee availability of specific products or services
- Service provider limitations and outages are beyond our control
- We are not responsible for third-party service failures

- Our liability is limited to the amount of the specific transaction in question
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Service provider failures do not constitute TopupFI liability
- Maximum liability in any case does not exceed BDT 10,000

- We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
- This includes natural disasters, government actions, service provider outages
- We will make reasonable efforts to restore services as quickly as possible
12. Account Termination and Data Retention
12.1 Account Termination Rights
- You may close your account at any time through app settings or customer support
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations
- Immediate termination may occur for illegal activities or fraud
- Repeated policy violations may result in permanent account closure
12.2 Effects of Account Termination
- Access to services will be immediately suspended
- Remaining account balance may be refunded subject to verification
- Transaction history will be retained as required by law
- Personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
12.3 Data Retention After Termination
- Transaction records: 7 years (regulatory requirement)
- Account information: 1 year after closure
- Analytics data: 26 months (Firebase default)
- Advertising data: 18-24 months (AdMob policy)
- Coin transaction history: Until account closure + 90 days
- User-generated content (images): Deleted within 30 days of account closure
- Support communications: 3 years
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved according to Bangladesh legal procedures and regulations.

By using TopupFI services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
